Cosmin was born in Bacau Nord-Est part of Romania. His passion for Hospitality and for managing large operations started when he moved to Portugal in 1993 where he lived for many years. By nature, he is a people person and likes to meet and interact with new people. His passion and natural gift as a people person brought him to Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises on June 22, 1997, where he further developed and refined his customer service skills in the world of hospitality. His advice for those interested in the industry is to have a big smile, positive attitude, and never stop learning. Knowledge is power, and power of positive attitude bring extraordinary results. He challenges himself to be better every single day. For the last 17 years, he has called Miami Florida his home, where he resides with his lovely wife and kids. Spending so many years in the hospitality industry and around the world in cruise ships, he learned several different languages which help him to easily communicate with people from all over the world. He has acquired a fine taste for good food and good wine. He prefers is simple food, fresh ingredients and his favorite wine is AK. When not working, he enjoys such activities as water sports, hiking, cycling, driving sports cars, amongst other outdoors activities. When at home, he loves to spend quality time with his wife and kids.
